RETURN POLICY



We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ONE SQ MILE.  If for some reason, a piece that you ordered does not work for you, please email customerservice@onesqmile.com. We are a small business, but will do our best to accommodate you.



All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain a RA#, email customerservice@onesqmile.com within 5 days of receiving your product.  Any returns without a valid RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.



Shipping charges are not refundable. ONE SQ MILE is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages. We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable courier.



ONE SQ MILE only accepts returns that are in original condition. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.



All SALE items are FINAL SALE.



EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please contact us at customerservice@onesqmile.com. We are happy to help you select another item.



SHIPPING

We process and pack orders as we receive them and ship via UPS or USPS Monday through Friday. We prioritize orders requiring expedited shipping and generally ship most orders the next day. Occasionally, orders may take more time to process.



We offer free ground shipping for all orders over $200.



Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order.
